Welcome to the WCU Library Services for Distance Students guide!
This guide contains:
Distance Students, which defines who WCU considers a distance student, what materials are available to distance students, and how to set up your interlibrary loan account to request books as a distance student.
Getting Articles, which discusses how to find articles, how to locate the full text of articles, and how to request articles through interlibrary loan.
Getting Books, which discusses how to find books that WCU owns as well as how to locate books from other libraries.
Help Videos, which contains tutorial videos ranging from selecting a topic to using specific databases such as Project Muse.
Non-distance students who rarely or never travel to WCU's physical campus may find the information in this guide useful for accessing resources while off-campus, but they will not be able to utilize distance student services.
Always remember that, if you need more help, you can contact a WCU librarian via phone, email, text or chat. See the box to right for more information and the hours live help is available.
