Welcome to the WCU Library Services for Distance Students guide!
This guide contains:
Distance Students, which defines who WCU considers a distance student, what materials are available to distance students, and how to set up your interlibrary loan account to request books as a distance student.
Getting Articles, which discusses how to find articles, how to locate the full text of articles, and how to request articles through interlibrary loan.
Getting Books, which discusses how to find books that WCU owns as well as how to locate books from other libraries.
Help Videos, which contains tutorial videos ranging from selecting a topic to using specific databases such as Project Muse.
Non-distance students who rarely or never travel to WCU's physical campus may find the information in this guide useful for accessing resources while off-campus, but they will not be able to utilize distance student services.
Always remember that, if you need more help, you can contact a WCU librarian via phone, email, text or chat. See the box to right for more information and the hours live help is available.

You can use almost all our databases and other electronic resources from off campus. When you click on a link to these resources from off campus, you will see the following page:
Select Login on the right, and you'll see this screen:
Enter your WCU email address and password and select Login. The full text article or other resource then loads.
I don’t see the Keystone Library Network page. This usually happens when you don’t start your search from the library’s website. You can either:
Search for the title of the article/book/other resource in OneSearch -or-
Set up Google Scholar to work with WCU.
It’s not accepting my WCU email and password. If you have a Ram eCard, try logging in using the Library ID Logon fields on the left hand side of the Keystone Library Network login page. Your library barcode is the 16-digit number on the back of your Ram eCard.
